Shamanism
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice that involves a practitioner, known as a shaman, who mediates between the physical world and the spirit realm. This practice is rooted in the belief that everything in nature is interconnected, and that the shaman can channel the energies of the spirit world to restore balance and harmony in individuals and communities.
We practice in groups but Elaine does offer private sessions for the advanced client.
