In this 75 minute experience, we explore the sacred path of Tantra Yoga — a heart-opening practice that blends breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement, meditation, and subtle energy activation.
Through guided postures, intentional touch (self or partner-based depending on the format), mantra, and inner awareness, we awaken the body’s life force (prana), dissolve energetic blocks, and invite a more vibrant, conscious experience of being.
